Phase 2: Develop You work 1-on-1 with a coach who gets your body. We build strength, mobility, and confidence.
Phase 3: Ascend As you progress, you may transition to semi-private or online training with more independence.
Phase 4: Freedom You have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to move independently and live without fear.
Every phase is personalized. You’re never alone.
